YOLANDA LOBAO

Attorney, Founding Partner.

Law Degree in the University of Barcelona in 1995 and Member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) since 1997. LLM European Business Law- University of Nijmegen, The Netherlands- in 1996, Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales since 1999 and Member of The Law Society of England & Wales since 2000.

Her professional career has been developed in law firms as Clifford Chance, Bird&Bird (London), Peters&Peters (London), Jausas.

Yolanda Lobao is member of The Law Society of England & Wales, International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and the American Bar Association (ABA).

MARGOT SUBIRATS

Attorney, Pharmacist, Founding Partner.

Pharmacist degree since 1991 in the University of Barcelona and Law degree in the University of Barcelona since 1995. Diplomat in Tax Advice and Management in ESADE in 1996.

Her professional career has been developed in law firms as Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Jausas.

Margot Subirats is member of the Asociación Española de Farmacéuticos de la Industria (AEFI), Asociación de Antiguos Alumnos de ESADE and member of the Pharmacist Association of the region of Barcelona.
